As a coach, Leanne brings her knowledge and experience in the profession to conversations with individual clients who are aware they need or desire change in their personal and/or professional roles.

Often, lawyers know what they want and what they need to do to get there but are too busy or feeling otherwise occupied to fulfill their own goals. A coaching meeting allows you time to reflect and keeps you accountable, ensuring you follow through on your chosen process and deadline.

Sometimes it is simply a matter of talking to an objective third party who understands where you are at and confirms what you already know. Having practiced with a large firm and having the experience of setting up and running a boutique practice, Leanne listens, provides thoughtful input and challenges you to affirm your thinking.

Clients who work with Leanne determine their own solutions to their unique circumstances. Leanne works with you, considering new ways of thinking, practicing and living within this profession. These sessions together are interesting, challenging and confidential. Sessions are held in person, by phone or via video conference depending upon location.
